Step 1: Download
If you haven't already, download Hermes onto your Mac.

Step 2: Sign In
From the Hermes menu, select "Preferences..." and then sign in under the account section.
Step 3: Settings
General Preferences
Here you can turn on forwarding for all applications and choose to only forward notifications when your display is asleep.
App Rules
Set up rules to have tighter control over which notifications are forwarded to your phone.
